Phone fails to pair or can't find the device signal?

• Ensure both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are on.
• On the car screen, tap "Search" or "Connect New Device", then find "Smart Dongle-xxxx" in your phone's Bluetooth list.
• Clear previous CarPlay pairing records on your phone and try again.

Frequent disconnections or laggy performance?

• Check your car's USB port provides at least 1A (1000mA) output. Low current is the most common cause.
• If insufficient, use a Y-cable or cigarette lighter adapter for power.
• Ensure your phone's Wi-Fi is only connected to the adapter's signal.

Can I watch videos or use screen mirroring?
